Acensys aims to deliver objective, pragmatic and high value consulting. We come in with a collection of assets and capabilities but then customise and configure them for use within the customers unique situation and environment.
We partner with some companies in the area of ITSM, Monitoring, and Cloud / Data Centre Hosting but we are agnostic and welcome working with other products on the market. Our aim is to help our customer leverage their current assets and capabilities with an aim to transform onto new technologies and agile processes and teams.
Our methodologies and consulting are not rigid. We aim to take advantage of our previous experience but with a pragmatic eye on what is required for each customer.
We realise that many of the types of projects we are engaged in are not just technology programmes but also programmes of change. Our programme teams are experienced and can sensitively navigate the emotional and political landscapes that usually surround such programmes.

I would like to thank Acensys Consulting for their tremendous support during the recent migration from our existing SAP environment to our New Oracle ERP service. Their role and contribution were critical to the success of this project, helping us translate our Business Objectives into a clear approach and helping us select an SI for the delivery phase. The Acensys team drove the implementation project over a very aggressive 6 month timeframe to ensure that we achieved a critical Business milestone of launching the service in September 19.
