Senior Marketing Ops – Workfront Consultant

Most Workfront roles in India are either pure technical configuration or pure business consulting. This one is both.

Acensys is a UK-headquartered Adobe Workfront consultancy delivering Marketing Operations transformations for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 clients across financial services, retail, travel and media. We’re hiring a Senior Consultant who can sit across the table from a CMO or Marketing Finance Director, design the solution, then roll up their sleeves and build it in Workfront. The willingness to do hands-on configuration alongside the strategic and commercial work is non-negotiable — but you won’t be alone. You’ll have a senior technical team behind you in the UK, Spain and India, with deep skills across Workfront, Workfront Fusion, AEM and the wider Adobe ecosystem, plus integration to other client systems where needed.

You’ll lead delivery on active engagements (including a major Marketing Budget Hub build running through 2026), grow existing accounts as a trusted advisor, support pre-sales conversations with prospects, and contribute to our internal product and accelerator layer.

Location and Working Pattern

Coimbatore preferred, 2–3 days/week in office, or – for the right candidate – home working elsewhere in India
Regular travel to Coimbatore and UK/European client locations
Working hours approx. 12:30pm – 9:30pm IST (UK overlap)
Full-time permanent

What You’ll Do

Run discovery workshops; map current and future-state marketing operations processes
Configure Workfront directly — custom forms, request queues, templates, Text Mode reports, dashboards, approval workflows
Build Fusion scenarios integrating Workfront with AEM, the wider Adobe ecosystem and other client systems as needed
Design marketing budget hierarchies and finance system integrations
Contribute to Acensys Digital — productising patterns and accelerators built on Workfront, AEM and the Adobe ecosystem for reuse across client engagements
Shape proposals, SOWs and pre-sales conversations; identify expansion opportunities at existing clients
Mentor mid-level consultants across the India team

What You’ll Bring

5+ years senior client-facing consulting, with demonstrable account growth experience
4+ years in marketing operations, creative ops, MarTech or marketing-focused consulting
3+ years hands-on Workfront configuration (not just oversight) and Fusion build experience
Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification, or willingness to certify within 3 months
Strong workshop facilitation; excellent spoken and written English
