Position Summary:
At Acensys, we are seeking a dynamic and certified Adobe Workfront/Fusion Consultant who brings both technical expertise and a passion for process optimization. This role is pivotal in enhancing our project management ecosystem by streamlining workflows, implementing automation through Workfront Fusion, and ensuring the platform operates at peak efficiency. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, embed best practices, and deliver scalable solutions that empower our teams to work smarter and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in (Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field).
- Adobe Workfront Core Developer and Fusion certifications preferred.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Workfront/Fusion developer or Administrator.
- Proficiency in Workfront Fusion and its integration capabilities.
- Experience working with Workfront Planner, CSC projects, AEM and other third-party integrations is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Text Mode reports, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and advanced Fusion functions.
- Proven experience in SaaS environments, especially around enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the administration and optimization of Adobe Workfront, Fusion automation, managing core configurations such as request queues, custom forms, templates, reports, and dashboards, etc.
- Deliver end-to-end lifecycle support—spanning requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, QA, and production deployment.
- Manage and maintain Workfront across all environments (Sandbox, Preview, Production) with precision and reliability.
- Architect and deploy scalable automation solutions using Workfront Fusion to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Analyze and translate complex business requirements into effective, user-centric Workfront configurations.
- Serve as the primary support liaison for users, providing troubleshooting, enablement, and training across departments.
- Partner with internal teams and leadership to ensure Workfront is aligned with strategic and operational goals.
- Stay ahead of product enhancements, new releases, and industry trends—leveraging them to drive platform maturity and efficiency.
- Oversee user management, roles, access permissions, and audit compliance to maintain data integrity and system security.
- Define and enforce governance standards, documentation practices, and best-in-class operational protocols.
- Monitor system performance and accuracy, proactively addressing issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.
