Position Summary:

At Acensys, we are seeking a proactive, innovative, and technically driven individual to join our team as a Junior Workfront Consultant and System Administrator. This role focuses on leveraging Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion to streamline workflows, automate processes, and integrate third-party applications to enhance our clients’ project management ecosystems.
As a Junior Consultant, you will work closely with senior consultants, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value. You will have the opportunity to learn cutting-edge technologies, gain certification in Adobe Workfront and Fusion, and contribute ideas to implement AI and automation strategies within client environments.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  (Candidates with academic exposure to Robotics, Automation, or Artificial Intelligence will be highly valued)
• Good understanding of programming concepts and languages such as Java, PHP, or Python, along with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with database concepts (SQL, Oracle, or similar)
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs and integration approaches
• Exposure to web services, data structures, JSON/XML formats
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly
• Internship or academic project experience in application development, automation, or system integration (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovation & POC:
  Contribute ideas on adopting modern technologies, including AI tools, and perform proof-of-concept activities to demonstrate new approaches with clear business value.
• Automation & Integration:
  Support the design and implementation of automation solutions using Workfront Fusion, APIs, and third-party integrations to optimize client workflows.
• Technical Support:
  Provide timely technical support for Workfront-related issues, assist with configuration and customization, and troubleshoot integration challenges.
• Training & Certification:
  Complete Workfront Professional and Fusion Developer certifications within onboarding timelines, with mentor support and structured training plans.
• Client Communication:
  Collaborate effectively with clients to understand requirements, gather feedback, and present solutions while building trusted relationships.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify opportunities to improve internal support processes and contribute to developing best practices and knowledge assets.
• Continuous Learning:
  Stay up-to-date with Workfront platform updates, Fusion capabilities, and emerging automation trends to drive innovation.
