Through these experiences, he honed excellent communication skills, adept at interacting with diverse clients and ensuring their specific needs were effectively addressed. In 2022, William transitioned to Acensys, taking on the role of IT Consultant. In this capacity, he immersed himself in understanding the business’s requirements and processes, collaborating closely with the operations team to align technological solutions with organizational goals. In the pursuit of professional advancement, William earned his Workfront Certification in 2023 and is currently pursuing Salesforce platform certification. Simultaneously, he’s lead his first project, demonstrating his dedication to continuous growth and practical application of his expanding skill set.
