Cian has worked with computers and mobile devices since early 1992 and spent a lot of time supporting people in their adoption and use of advances in digital technology. From this he has gained an insight into the most common barriers to adoption of technologies that ultimately improve our lives both in and out of work. The volume of new products and services available to us can at times seem overwhelming, meaning we can easily miss out on apps designed to solve ‘contemporary real-world’ problems and have an impact on our psychological wellbeing. In 2016 Cian completed a Diploma in Executive Coaching at the IMI and currently studies Emotional Intelligence at The School Of Life in London.
